Whether he’s strolling through the dining room chatting with guests or back in his kitchen leading the team, Executive Chef Anthony Blasucci is doing what he loves — making people happy. His culinary journey began at age 15. It led him to train at the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont, through an impressive list of posts at eclectic restaurants, right here to your table at Jefferson’s Ferry.
