Seven Easy Steps to Becoming a Resident
1. Get to know us. Meet with our Marketing Director and take a tour of our
community. Review our apartments, cottages, amenities, services and choices.
2. Choose the apartment or cottage that best suits your needs.
3. Complete a Wait List Agreement and place a fully refundable $2,000 deposit.
4. Complete the Jefferson's
Ferry Financial and Medical applications, returning
them to our marketing department. Then meet with
our Wellness Nurse for an
interview.
5. When your new home at Jefferson’s Ferry is available, place a fully refundable
10% deposit to reserve your selection.
6. Sign the Continuing Care Agreement and place an additional 15% fully
refundable deposit.
7. Make plans to move to your selected home at Jefferson’s Ferry. The balance of
your Entrance Fee is due upon move-in.
