Residents of enriched housing enjoy private, spacious studio or one bedroom apartments. All are barrier-free and include walk-in closets, tea kitchens, safety bars and emergency call systems. Residents are encouraged to furnish their private apartments with their own cherished treasures and furnishings.

Lifecare residents who first join Jefferson's Ferry in an apartment or cottage can transfer to enriched housing at no significant increase to their monthly fee.
